Logistics Transformation is the function within Product Area Parts and Services Logistics responsible for supply chain engineering - developing processes and procedures to become a best-in-class supply chain organization and enabling our customers’ productivity and success. We are now looking for a new Process Support Specialist with focus on warehousing, process documentation and training. This position is globally flexible; however, we do prefer if you are located at one of our warehouse sites. Your mission – Ensuring excellence by supporting our stakeholders with process expertise As a Process Support Specialist, you support our Senior Process Owners with process design and implementation, and you act as subject matter expert in your field of expertise. For this position, we are looking for a specialist in warehousing processes. With your knowledge and experience, you support and train logistics operations around the globe, and audit processes and documentation to ensure adherence to our common ways of working. Managing process changes is part of your responsibility, as is requesting IT changes and conducting user acceptance testing. Additionally, you have a general responsibility for processes and tools for documentation and training. A large portion of the work is done as participating in, and sometimes leading, projects. Your character – A proactive and service-minded “doer” We are looking for someone with at least five years’ experience from Supply Chain Management and working in a cross-cultural environment. You have successfully handled change management and are skilled in training and coaching stakeholders as a subject matter expert. Experience from warehouse management is essential, as is proficiency in S21 DI and/or Aurora and the Office suite. Prior knowledge of JDA WMS and/or JDA TMS is considered an advantage.
