You have/are: • Experience in portfolio management and the ability to spot opportunities and translate business needs into scalable, value added business cases and ultimately tangible benefits. • Senior level of knowledge with in governance and investments. • Experience in costs and budget management/follow up within multi-dimensional projects or cost centres. • A high ability to influence threw networking at all levels. • Business operational experience by translating strategies into execution and delivering results. • Curious and focused on continuous learning and are motivated to deliver quality. • Experience of navigating complex organisational structures and environments with good results as well as of working with digital solutions and tools. • Ability to balance perspectives to support decision making e.g. dimensions around process, competence, governance, leadership and culture etc. • Strong external Development & Innovation networks to enable you to draw on external perspectives and benchmark internally. You will provide methodologies, tools, support, ways of working and at the same time ensure that we work within our financial frames to prioritise development and innovation that will be scalable across INGKA and transform our customers experience. You do all this with passion for the customer. You will: • Be the main interface and leading ways of working with development councils including structure, format, year cycles and follow up/reporting ensuring our development councils are aligned with our business strategy. • Channel business needs into the development councils to ensure we have a balanced portfolio of initiatives to support our business objectives. • Lead and own a number of critical business topics e.g. process or tools, establish, anchor and implement • Capture competence development requirements connected to portfolio development. • Provide frameworks, tools and methodologies to support business stakeholders when creating exploration/business cases and portfolio prioritisation. • Ensure the visibility and sharing of D&I initiatives throughout IKEA. • Ensure the necessary measures are in place and plan for success throughout the ecosystem. • Define, establish, and maintain D&I portfolios. • Create the conditions for quality throughout all development and innovation initiatives.
