We are now looking for a coworker to the Second Line Support for our business system M3. We have an exciting team in an expanding international environment, and the location for this position is Fagersta. Key performance areas We are now developing a global support function for our ERP-system M3, to be ready in October 2018. This support function will cover about 50 sites in 40 countries and will be used by Seco Tools’ global organization. The truly global M3 team will consist of 15 employees from all over the world and will successively be developed over a two-year period. As a member of our global Second Line Support, you support and operate our ERP System Infor M3, and handle mass updates for Infor M3. Your profile We are looking for someone with experience from working with ERP-systems and especially Movex/M3. You are familiar with Second Line Support activities, or have equivalent knowledge about the appointed systems, including integration methodology and experience of mass update tools for ERP system. You have knowledge of business processes and how they are connected to IT, and good understanding of the information flows starting with order and ending with invoice. Since we work in an international setting, you need fluency in written and verbal English.
