About this role
We are now looking for a Junior Food Engineer for work in a consultant role on the workplace of one of our clients in the meat trade. We envision that you will have a technological educational background, as well as practical experience of the meat industry and potentially also the sale of meat and related products. • Assisting the End Clients senior personnel within the field of food engineering with the work of providing technical evaluations of food product quality, supplier capacity and related areas of information to the End Clients sales and marketing staff and management. •Cooperating with the meat suppliers of the end client for the purpose of collecting data about the quality and availability of premium meat products, which can later be used in the marketing of said products. • On-site inspection of such technical, logistical and quality related aspects of the supply chain as might be relevant for customers buying meat products in bulk.
