*Passive Device refer to Filter，Isolator, Coupler, etc. DUTIES: Lead on complex RF and microwave passive device engineering research assignments. Lead RF and microwave passive device engineering team to a bright and smart direction as a technical strategy expert. Familiar with research environment and know how to carry out and demonstrate new ideas when resource is limited in research phase. Deliver technical reports. Aiming for Cooperate with headquarter team while contribute unique technical value. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Master/PhD in electronic and RF&MW with 10 or more years of related engineering experience in commercial companies or research organizations. TECHNICAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE: -- The candidate must have knowledge in RF/MW characteristics and architecture of wireless communication system, and are familiar with the product's RF passive devices selection requirements that enables to serve as a technical leader on projects relating to 5G research projects. -- The candidate must have knowledge in understanding the design challenges for 5G and know-how of solutions. -- The position requires knowledge and skill sufficient to apply the latest developments in engineering with successful record from research projects in commercial companies. -- The candidate must have good experience of RF/MW passive device design,material, process technology, and reliability issues solution, and other related knowledge and skills; -- The candidate must have hands-on design experience and be able to deliver state-of-the-art technology regarding RF/Microwave passive device . Language skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken.
