Do you want to join our team? Work description: We are looking for both tree planters and brush-cutters (forest clearing with brush-cutter). The work is being done by independent work teams which consist of 4-6 employees. You will need to cooperate effectively within your team, perform the given tasks responsibly, conduct daily quality monitoring of your work and report to project managers. As a member of ALFA Skogsservice AB, you will be in daily contact with our customers and forest owners. It's important that you act professionally and take proper care of work equipment and clothes. Requirements: The work is physically demanding so you must be healthy and strong. As a person, you should be positive, driven, good colleague and have no problems to work as a team member. We would like you to be motivated and responsible. Merit: Driving license B. Swedish or English to communicate with workers in the work team and with project managers. Having previous experience in forestry. Brush cutter certificate, chainsaw certificate, SYN certificate, CPR or First Aid training. We offer: Seasonal employment during the snow-free period (From March / April to October / November) Motivating task-based salary with guaranteed minimal wage. Work contract terms and conditions according to the union agreement within Swedish forestry. Holiday pay bonus of 13% and working hours account bonus of 3,62% paid every month.
