Assignment Description We are seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst What You Will Work On Lead requirements analysis and system analysis activities Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements Translate business needs into functional and system requirements Analyze and improve insurance processes and system capabilities Facilitate workshops, investigations, and stakeholder discussions Support solution design and implementation activities Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions Support agile delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle Participate in system enhancements and transformation initiatives Document requirements, processes, and solution designs Support testing, validation, and business acceptance activities Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements management practices What You Bring Documented hands-on experience working with Lumera (mandatory) Extensive insurance industry knowledge Deep expertise within: Life Insurance Pension Insurance Insurance Products and Processes Strong experience in requirements analysis and system analysis Experience leading requirements activities in complex organizations Experience facilitating: Workshops Business investigations Stakeholder meetings Requirements sessions Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution design Experience working in Agile development environments Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
