We have decided to start a new department - Research and Concept Development within R&D for BU Stationary Crushing& Screening . We are now looking for a Manager to lead and the development of this department; shaping the ways of working for this department and setting objectives grounds for a successful department. Some travel is a natural part of this position. Your mission – Setting and managing the foundation for our new innovative development center As Manager for Research and Concept for Crushing and Screening, you will lead three team members and are responsible for building this innovative, state-of-the-art Research and Concept department from the ground up. You take the lead in research and innovation concepts, with full ownership of our Research program. Competitor monitoring and analysis is also an important part of your job, as is building and managing a network of external contacts, such as Universities, customers and suppliers.
