Your qualifications To succeed we expect you to have: • Solid project management skills • Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methods • Curiosity and enthusiasm • Outcome-driven attitude • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills • Consulting and/or large organization background To succeed in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience in IT management, business development and project management. You feel comfortable in working in our global, multi-vendor environment. English is our working language, so you need to have fluent spoken and written English skills. Swedish and/or Finnish is a plus. You are able to work independently, but understand the importance of being a team player. Your position will be in Stockholm, Sweden and you will report to SSAB Head of IT. Transformation manager is the owner of our IT and Digital development project methodology, with an aim to improve the organization’s capability in delivering projects successfully. With increasing number of business development and internal development projects, we are looking for and individual who would take ownership of our development portfolio and coach our personnel to learn agile methods in development. Placement of the position is Stockholm, Sweden. About the position Your responsibility areas consist of: • As a member of the SSAB IT Leadership team; improving our project delivery performance within SSAB Group IT and Digital business development teams • Ownership of development project methodology and integration to SSAB One, our Lean management system, coaching and training of personnel to traditional and agile methods • Ownership and management of our development project portfolio • Oversight and steering of a number of projects in our development project portfolio • Managing projects and programs We offer You a great professional challenge in an international and developing company!
