Your qualifications We expect you to have experience working in a large, complex, and customer-focused project and/or service delivery environment, in support of business strategy. You are able to facilitate change management involving business processes and organizational change. Demonstrated knowledge of core supply chain and manufacturing business processes and operations is seen as a benefit. You understand and can communicate core concepts and lifecycle of IT lines of service (e.g. hardware, software, security, project management). You have proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting, understanding, and verifying business requirements. As a person you are empathetic and with strong interpersonal skills; able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict. Proven ability to communicate and explain complex issues in clear, concise, persuasive language both verbally and in writing (both English and Swedish is required). About the position Purpose of the role is to act as single point of contact for transformational and project related IT demands. Main task of the role is to understand and analyse business needs and requirements, initiation and coordination of solution delivery process and collecting information regarding project statuses and deviations. Key tasks and objectives of the position: • Act as relationship manager by building strong, collaborative relationships with business clients and IT service owners • Ensure effective communications related to service delivery and project delivery • Provide a clear point of contact within IT for each business stakeholder and act as a bridge between IT and the business • Project delivery & portfolio management - ensure projects requirements are well understood, documented and approved by all stakeholders • Understand the main business activities for each department, understand which IT services are required to complete each business activity • Understand the strategies and plans of the clients and help develop an IT strategic plan/roadmap that maps to business strategies • Influence business and IT stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization in order to help clients achieve their business objectives • Leverage existing relationships to convince decision makers to move forward with business and IT initiatives that will benefit the department and the organization as a whole We offer You challenging and inspiring position with wide global network and great colleagues.
