About this role
For this role we are looking for a person with profound knowledge in food production and food safety, with experience of operating in a high speed retail and restaurant environment. Knowledge in English is a requirement and it’s beneficial if you have knowledge in Swedish and/or Finnish. The job also includes administrative tasks and follow up which demands good organisational skills and ability to work in different systems, e.g. Microsoft Office. Your tasks include: • Build a culture where food safety is number one, where co-workers are encouraged to discuss and solve matters that might occur • Guaranteeing that the operations in all areas of food production at the IKEA store is carried out in line with our quality and food safety requirements and applicable legislation • Ensuring we offer irresistible food of the highest quality and visual presentation • Take advantage of all opportunities to create sales and profit from everyday operations • Always focus on our guests and their feedback, learn from it and improve • Making sure that our kitchen area is well kept and clean, with daily routines in place IKEA is a value based company who offers great possibilities to develop within the organization, both nationally and globally.
