About this role
• Relevant university degree (eg Master of Science within production, technology or quality) • 5-7 years of relevant experience within Wood industry • Good leadership skills • Analytical, logical, structured, solution-oriented with strong customer focus. • Experience working with WCM or Lean Production. • Trained in ISO 9001 and 14001. • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. • Very good knowledge of English , both spoken and written • SAP knowledge meritorious • Develop internal quality processes and procedures, in cooperation with Purchasing, Production and Marketing. • KPI compliance / development • Pillar Leader WCM QC • Develop capable and sustainable processes, in cooperation with the Production and Technology teams. • Claims Manager with Technical Support. Handle Production Technical issues in cooperation with R & D. • Environmental Responsibility - Coordinate and manage the work of the external environment and regularly monitor environmental results • Manage the Q-EHS team and distribute work within the department. Implement annual performance reviews and development plans with the support of HR. • Management System - be the Factory Management representative for quality and environmental management system ISO 9001 , 14001 Including the internal Audit process.
