You have an understanding about the user behavior behind a web based analytical tool and can bring a deep technical interface to the hands of a non-technical user. As a designer, you are always looking for ways to create simplicity out of complex problems. You love minimalist designs aesthetics. Having awareness for detail and an eye for sharp user experiences is second nature to you. Keeping emerging design patterns and visual treatments on your radar, and knowing the latest and greatest in prototyping tools, are part of your natural state. You will lead the design for our next-gen solutions together with world-leading developers delivering the best-in-class user experience. Requirements - 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, for example as a UX Designer - Have an education in design, communication, interactive design or similar field. - Experience in: - Working with UX in an Agile development environment - Designing simple, intuitive user interfaces - Creating interface prototypes and animations. - Enterprise UX and/or B2B products - Interaction and visual design ideally within an Network Analytics Software company - Working in a fast-paced, agile environment building web based products - Strong sense of composition, color, form and typography - Ability to: - Develop mock-ups including wireframes and low fidelity prototypes - Define user scenarios and design themes - Break down process flows and analyze complex interactions and roles within a business system - Excellent written and verbal language skills in English - A fantastic portfolio showcasing previous work We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Marketing & Product Office. You will work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver a stunning user experience solutions for our end customers. Responsibilities - Developing a UX design for our products that are simple, friendly, beautiful, and effective - Be the voice of our customers and users in product development - Working with different types of user groups, e.g. conducting user research from initial user interviewing to user testing of prototypes - Develop and drive user experience strategy and initiatives - Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to drive product strategy and the development roadmap - Work with sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate with stakeholders and validate concepts and hypotheses with our end user - Work with Product Managers to gather and define requirements for new features - Work with Developers to implement high quality product features Working at Clavister At Clavister, we live our values.
