About the position Pasq is looking for a Technical and Operational director responsible for our service offering - independent qualification of satellite equipment. You will continuously develop the service, execute qualifications, handle relationships with suppliers, work closely with our clients and take active part in defining the strategic roadmap. You will also be expected to work on temporary related assignments within the space industry. The company is newly established which means you will have to handle all kinds of challenges which requires you to be flexible, adaptive, open and curious in your role. Very important for your success in the role is that you have a will make a difference in the future development of the space industry. Joining Pasq you will be part of our journey to evolve the space industry towards new space applications, making space systems more reliable and advancing qualification know-how. At the same time, we strive towards strengthening the global position of Space Cluster Kiruna. Your profile • Minimum 5 years’ work experience • Experience with space environment verification, preferably in the mechanical, thermal and radiation domains • Experienced in writing technical documentation • Project management • Master’s degree in the field of Physics, Engineering or similar • Experience from working within the space sector • Programming skills preferred • Self-starter, takes own initiative, work independently What we offer Full time permanent position in Kiruna, Sweden.
