We are looking for a Pricing Performance Specialist who is really passionate about the behaviours of the many people and with a deep interest in the trends that influences them. Are you also result driven and motivated to reach targets and get energy from turning figures into actionable information – then you have what it takes! In this position you have the possibility to work with a mix of strategic thinking and then turning the trends into practice. Who wouldn’t want to be able to see the actual results of their hard work? To succeed as a Pricing Performance Specialist you need to have knowledge about the current market environment. You are also very skilled in pricing, competition, competitor monitoring, elasticity, pricing methodology, analysis and tools. It´s key to be able to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way, but also to build trustful relationships with stakeholders. You use sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions and are experienced in leading informally. If you have experience of the IKEA range – it’s definitely an advantage. Of course you are an ambassador for the IKEA values and culture. About the job In the Selling Team you will drive extraordinary, profitable growth in all touch points, by improving the pricing performance of home furnishing products, food and the services range, while maintaining affordability for the many people To drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered. Amongst others you will: • Analyse the pricing performance in depth with focus on sales and gross margin from a range as well as market perspective • Provide a view on long and short term investment needs and efficiency gains linked to pricing • Support the development of the yearly Pricing direction and process in INGKA • Perform cross market elasticity, competition, customer and price ladder analysis to identify opportunities and connect the needs of the customers with pricing • Contribute in the evaluation of commercial activities and tests, deliver relevant conclusions for a better decision making In this positon you are placed at our office in Malmö, Hubhult.
