About this role
We believe that you have excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deadlines. You have experience in managing the full cycle of activities for the successful implementation of learning and development activities. You are methodical, structured and detail oriented and you have strong analytical skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you are fluent in English. We are now looking for a Learning Planner to join the Leadership and Competence Development team. If you have a strong interest in working with Business through People and has the knowledge, motivation and capability to work in making learning initiatives come alive and -want to work with competence development in a down to earth, dynamic, inspiring, challenging and playful organisation – continue to read! You contribute in learning development projects to secure efficient delivery and execution. You lead the planning for each planned learning activity. In preparation phase, you do preparation work for each learning activity. This includes everything from planning and coordinating the operational need, publishing in My Learning to do all necessary bookings. In execution phase, you secure all needed material for the performance and take actions of the deviations from the original plan. In follow up phase, you collect and evaluate feedback as well as collect and summarize costs. You work in Älmhult, in an inspirational working environment, based on creativity and innovation, which gives you the opportunity to work and interact with people from all around the world. We are strengthening the Leadership and Competence Development team within Range and Supply and are looking for a colleague with high passion for business and people and the willingness and competence to rock the competence development boat! Together we will support the development of a learning organisation based on the IKEA Culture and Values. IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply the IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduce 2 000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10 000 products.
