• 3-5 years’ (business knwoledge and experience) from IKEA Supply chain on operational and tactical level • Knowledge and understanding of the IKEA processes and organisations • Strong knowledge and practical experience of development (gather, understand, prioritise, develop, implement) • Proven analytical, organizational and change management skills, including education and training. • Experience with working in projects • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset As a person you have the ability to take a global leadership across functions. You can work with operational and tactical issues, while keeping focus on customer need. We are now looking for both ordinary and temporary Process Developers (temporary up to maximum 2 years). If you already know that you want to work as a process developer you now have the opportunity to apply for that as well We are searching for Process Developers ready for a big challenge. As a Process Developer you are responsible to develop the related business processes on behalf of the business, together with a Process Leader, Process Development Managers, other process developers, solution area and line organisation representatives. You either lead smaller process improvement initiatives, or act as Process Developer in larger projects. You identify and propose process improvement initiatives, prepare basis for decision materials and analyse business benefit of identified process improvement potentials. You collaborate with process developers in other relevant, and to PBSS, connected processes to secure that we are aligned and have agreement when it comes to deliveries between the processes. You are responsible that the process documentation is always up to date. You support the line organizations with Change Management to secure competence and successful rollout of process changes and you contribute to the development, the implementation and the handover of new solutions and ways of working IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply the IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduce 2 000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10 000 products
