About You To be successful in this role we would like you have: •Experience from working with communication in IKEA or elsewhere •Good communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders within other HFBs and Retail as well as colleagues, in short a great team player. •Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver to set deadlines •The skills to prioritise, delegate and make decisions on your own •Adaptable way of working switching from being a coordinator of people to find energy in more administrative tasks and then back again depending on the situation •Good knowledge in office applications working with large volumes of data and being structured in storing and communicating it to the team •A passion for our range Communication Support, Business Area Free range Job Description Product Communication is everything about the product, except the product, and it’s one of the most important things in our meeting with the customers. BA Free Range is now hiring a Communication Support to mainly work with the market specific range together with colleagues in Älmhult as well as in our Free Range Centres across the world. About the assignment •As Communication Support, you deliver high quality product and communication administration to support successful meeting with our customers on all markets. •You are responsible for the administration and execution of the range in PIA (Product Information Administration system). •You strongly contribute in the process of preparing the sales starts of the market specific range – for example by connecting all pictures and products in our systems in order to make it possible to sell them online •You are responsible for following up, and reporting, the showability readiness for the sales starts of the products •You support Product Communicators in the Free Range Centres working with the market specific range Business Area Free Range serves all IKEA customers with a relevant market specific range, inspirational collections and innovative solutions while challenging ways of working.
