About this role

The employee is planned to stay for a period of 14 months in Sweden in order to support our customer in order to plan and schedule project deliverables. Further, the employee will be the owner for all the project trackers and efforts estimation. Other responsibilities of the employee are bridging the project/technical communication between all the internal and external stakeholders. The employee is planned to be involved in all project discussions with the customer and the internal stakeholder. The importance of the employee's work in Sweden is also mitigating the risk for project deliverables and pro-actively communicate with the stakeholders. -Planning and scheduling of project deliverables -Owner of all the project trackers and efforts estimation -Bridging the project/technical communication between all the internal and external stakeholders -Involved in all project discussion with customer and internal stakeholders -Mitigating the risk for project deliverables and pro-actively bridge communication to all stake holders -Identify the solution to resolve the risk, road blocks for project execution and delegating to customer -Process to be set for improving the quality and competence of the team The employee will work at the premises of our customer in Sweden in Västerås in a closed building. The employee will work in a separate office at the customer premises during the stay in Sweden. The employee will support our customer onsite and coordinate between the customer and the Team in India.
