Major DutiesYou will perform work involved in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of Military Tactical Equipment found in the Exercise Support Division.You will assist higher graded Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanics in the disassembling, repairing, and assembling of major systems, components, and operating mechanisms.You will make repairs that can be accomplished by removing, adjusting; or replacing defective or worn parts and components.You will complete Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) in order to locate improperly functioning parts for repair or replacement.You will comply with appropriate repair methods, technical manuals, specifications and procedures. The employee will assist the journeyman level mechanic to test the final product and make final adjustments as assigned.
