Position Overview:We are seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team, ensuring that residential retrofit and replacement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, project coordination, and direct involvement in installation operations. Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonuses
