The location for this position is Fagersta and some travel is part of the job. Your mission In this position, you have an overall responsibility for the design, finetuning and implementation of all our ITIL processes, as well as for Seco Tools IT’s Global Problem Process. You participate in the evaluation of systems and solutions and contribute with business process knowledge within the designated business process area. You also take part in the planning and implementation of applications and document current business processes and suggest improvements. Furthermore, you support IT users in matters related to your area of expertise and, occasionally, you give trainings in IT processes and IT tools. Your profile To bring success to this mission, we are looking for someone who is experienced in working and leading in a global organization and who also is a skilled Problem Manager. You hold a Bachelor’s in IT or Engineering and have at least five years’ experience from working with tasks included in this position. You are also a certified ITIL Expert, and as we act on the global scale, you easily communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
