To join us on this journey, we are now looking for a Product Manager for Face Milling to develop and structure the product portfolio. Welcome to a role where you get to truly influence the future direction of our company! The location for this position is Fagersta, Sweden. Your mission – developing and structuring the product portfolio to increase product revenue In this position, your objectives include increasing our face milling operations globally and creating product differentiation with added value. You drive matters regarding revenue, profitability and capital efficiency, as well as product development and customer satisfaction. Ensuring continuous attention to service and delivery are also important parts of your role, as well as achieving and maintaining a high level of customer product training and satisfaction. Your social skills are important in this role as you work in close cooperation with various departments when performing many of your daily tasks. Key responsibilities - Analysing the current market situation - Suggesting objectives regarding sales development, market share and volume - Suggesting new proposals for future projects within R&D - Overseeing activities in conjunction with subsidiaries to support sales development - Keeping track of price development, development costs and purchasing costs - Ensuring quality in line with the market need - Initiating action regarding quality claims and customer concerns - Preparing product training material and conducting product training at our sales units - Participating in Seco News and Milling Days production Your profile – a driven networker with a passion for technology We are looking for someone with a university degree in engineering, and a proven track record of metal cutting and product management, as well as relevant sales and business development experience. A background in an R&D functions from a cutting tool supplier is also important, and we operate both locally and on the global stage, you need good skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
