About this role
As team leader, your time will be split between strategic crafting for clients, managing the continuous stream of project resourcing while leading and developing the team. Additionally we also put high value in leading by example and hence still expect you to actively contribute also in projects and day to day design work of bringing outstanding design to life. Furthermore you will work and support a truly cross-functional approach together with our other teams of electronic engineering, software and mechanical design together with service design and digital user interfaces. You are also very familiar with the design processes at hand and how they blend into adjacent disciplines activities. We are looking for an experienced leader with a user centric approach to product design that can lead, organise and inspire the physical design team, primarily consisting of Industrial, product and interaction designers. The team is focused on bringing smart and beautiful products and services to our customers and their end users. Products that push the boundaries of what new and established technologies can achieve to support new behaviours and desires of real people.
