About this role
In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring product quality and smooth laboratory operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Sample Management
Review and verify incoming samples for accuracy and completenessOrganize, label, and maintain proper storage of all materialsLaboratory Support
Coordinate and deliver samples to Quality Control (QC) labs for testingSupport efficient lab workflows by ensuring timely sample handlingCompliance & Quality
Follow all regulatory and company guidelines to maintain complianceHelp uphold high standards for documentation and data integrityMonitoring & Reporting
Perform routine monitoring of temperature, environmental conditions, and/or CO₂ levelsDocument results and flag any irregularitiesCollaboration & Communication
Partner with internal teams and communicate with external clients when neededBuild strong working relationships across functionsWhat You’ll Develop
Hands-on experience in a regulated laboratory environmentExposure to quality systems and compliance practicesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCross-functional communication and teamwork Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship Position is full-time, schedule is 1st shift Wednesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Base pay is between $22.50-23.50/hr. A $50 flat-rate weekend shift differential will also be included for Saturday shifts.
