Se nedan GROUP LEGAL & GOVERNANCE Group Legal & Governance contributes to the strategic priorities and the growth of the IKEA Group/Ingka by leading the areas of legal, governance and franchisor relations. The function provides the business with expertise in areas such as; corporate, agreements, litigations, compliance and governance. ABOUT YOU In the role as Group Governance Specialist you have a good understanding of the IKEA Business and have experience in one or several business areas such as business navigation, finance, risk & compliance, audit, legal and/or governance. You have a good track record in developing effective steering frameworks, ways of working and hereby connected documents. In this position you will show your ability in connecting with others, building trustful relationships and inspiring people across the Ingka Group. Together we find new opportunities and solutions for improvement. You enjoy working together with others, delivering results, have an eye for detail and have excellent skills in planning and organising. Fluent written and spoken English is a requirement in this job. You have the chance of showing how good you are in expressing your ideas and opinions both verbally and in writing. You are a curious person and like processing information in an objective manner and have no problem to learn, motivate and lead others. Finally – you are a true ambassador of the IKEA culture and values. ABOUT THE JOB The Group Governance team, wherein the offered position is placed, is part of Group Legal & Governance. The owner of the Group Governance is the Ingka Group Management Board and the Group Governance team supports across the Ingka Group to enable and secure effective governance (decision making, mandates, policies & rules). The development of the Group Governance is part of the ongoing business transformation. The Group Governance Specialist will have an important role in this development. The Group Governance Specialist will work generally with the overall Group Governance and more specifically with the framework and connected policies and rules securing an effective set of documents for the organisation. Amongst others you will: • Enable a good level of awareness of the Group Governance and connected policies and rules across Ingka Group. • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the Ingka Group Governance with focus on the frameworks and connected policies & rules. • Secure that the document landscape reflects both internal and external requirements as well as franchisor requirements. • Identifies critical gaps in the overall landscape of policies & rules and support business leaders to close gaps. • Ensure effective and respected review, development and approval processes of Ingka Group Governance documents. • Lead review processes of the Ingka Group policies and rules In this role you will report to the Group Governance Manager.
