Our Supervisors support the Branch Manager in achieving their store goals and KPI’s. They manage the day to day running of the store in the Branch and Assistant Manager’s absence and will support in driving the team and store performance to deliver the ultimate customer service experience. They’ll be able to communicate effectively at all levels and understand that the customer is key to the brand experience. Not to mention, you’ll be passionate about fashion and a career in retail, and have a great understanding of the brand and its mission. We’re interested in hearing from self-motivated individuals who have a passion for all things fashion and retail who will approach their role with drive and enthusiasm and support Oasis to achieve its vision. Our Sales Team will be: Fluent in speaking full Swedish Passionate about Oasis, using their fashion expertise to inspire our customers Service orientated with a desire to deliver an exceptional brand experience to every customer Understand the importance of customer satisfaction and deliver this through all available sales methods Confident and friendly with a natural and authentic approach to customers
