To succeed as a Controlling and Operations Manager you need to have knowledge within: • budget management • data analytics • business risk management • project management • change management • business navigation skills And experience from a managerial position About the job The purpose of the job is to lead people and the controlling and operations in Ingka Real Estate business towards optimal business performance. Lead the work to define ways of working and secure that the operating model within Ingka Real Estate is delivering according to expectations. In this role you will report to Group Property Manager, Rob Olson, and be placed at our office Hubhult in Malmö. About the assignment Amongst others you will: • Lead the controlling and operations to be a proactive business partner to the Real Estate business in strategic as well as operational development, closely connected to the business and contributing to a better customer experience. • Identify business improvement potential and detecting business risks and propose-needed action. • Lead the work how data analytics can be used to improve the business. • To lead and create excellent ways of working for the future. IKEA Services AB is a global management company. It’s made up of several Group functions whose role is to support INGKA globally as well as providing local support. It provides support within Human Resources, Sustainability, Real Estate, Meeting & Travel, Risk Management & Compliance, Legal & Governance, Corporate Communication, as well as local office support. Its role is to conceptualize steer and develop the way we operate within those areas.
