About this role
The company runs a mid-size vineyard located in the south part of Sweden. The aim is to produce world class wines and to put Sweden on the map of wines. We are currently expanding the plantations, which will require more plants to take care of in the growing season. We are now looking for three vineyard workers from June to August, during the peak period in the growing season. The work will be mainly with the green pruning, shoot thinning, shoot selection and to establish the new plantations in a ultra premium quality manner. The positions require: - Minimum three-year proven vineyard work experience - Experience of the Guyot training - Fluent in English to foster good communication with the team We also see that the persons are: - Happy to work outdoors all-day - Physically fit - Ability to work in a team and to take personal responsibility - Committed to permanent seasonal work year-on-year
