About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeuticsIndependently operate analytical instrumentation, including:RP-UPLCRP-HPLCUV spectroscopyPrepare samples and standards for analytical testing with minimal supervisionExecute routine testing and ensure accurate documentation of resultsConduct monthly maintenance of laboratory instrumentationSupport general laboratory operations and organizationAdhere to cGMP guidelines and properly utilize LIMS systems Required
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)2–6 years of hands-on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experienceExperience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentationStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environmentAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorshipPreferred
Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis)Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) and similar separation techniquesKnowledge of compendial assays (USP/EP methods)Key Competencies
