Your mission In this position, you act as a mentor to the other engineers in the team and guide your colleagues within their specialist areas. With your deep knowledge of tasks, tools and procedures, you provide technical support both internally and externally. You visit our customers, are part of developing the technical service process, and provide assistance regarding technical matters in product development projects. Giving input to training material and carrying out theoretical and practical training in relation to installation, commissioning, maintenance and operation are also parts of your mission. In addition, you stay up-to-date and take responsibility for current practices and policies in EHS matters. Your character We are looking for someone with a relevant professional background and at least ten years of working experience within customer field service for crushing and screening products. You have also developed training and technical documentation within a global company and have advanced technical knowledge of crushing & screening products. In addition, you have expert knowledge within the fields of electrics, instrumentation and automation and good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics. As we are based in Sweden and act on the global stage, you have good skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Your character fascinates us - you have a structured way of working and pay good attention to details.You act with integrity and have both the interest and the ability to lead and motivate people in a virtual and global organization. You easily build trust, are an excellent networker with good understanding of stakeholder needs, and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and outside partners at all levels.
