About you We are looking for someone who have very good knowledge and experience in developing an integrated multichannel marketing strategy and how to implement it on organisational level. You also have the knowledge in how to integrate marketing strategy with the commercial agenda and how to align communication with business and marketing objectives. If you also have the know-how of activity planning, the commercial calendar and how to ensure customer engagement and retention it´s even better. In this role there is need for you with great leadership skills and the use of sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions. With your capability within stakeholder management you lead the internal stakeholders in a high-level business environment. You have the ability to direct efforts to achieve long-term business objectives and have the understanding of the complexity of the IKEA business. Of course you are a good communicator verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice. And even more important – you are a true ambassador for IKEA values and culture. To be successful as a Commercial Communication Planning Leader you need: • Proven advanced training in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of working with Marketing, Strategic Planning or equivalent • Experience with digital marketing and a multi-channel set-up • Strong project management skills • Strong strategic and tactical skills • Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA brand, culture, values and way of working About the job As the Commercial Communication Planning Leader you will amongst others: • Be responsible for writing specific parts of the INGKA commercial communication plan, as part of the Market Support plan in the One IKEA Business Plan, together with other Commercial Communication Planning Leaders • Plan commercial communication content in conjunction with Inter IKEA System in order to ensure alignment with the global communication plan. Distribute content from Inter IKEA System to the markets • Ensure alignment of INGKA’s Commercial Communication plan with Group Communications for a consistent voice to the customer • Monitor major marketing campaigns for markets as quality check, and measure performance of content from Inter IKEA System in order to continually improve In this role you will report to Commercial Communications Planning Manager and you will be placed at Hubhult, Malmö.
