We are looking for someone who: • Enjoys training & presenting solutions to people • Can think pedagogically and explain complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand • Has experience working with time series in a software environment (e.g. Excel, Eviews, R) • Is curious and interested in learning Job Description: As our Sales Trainer & Junior Product Specialist, you will report to the manager of the Client Services department and will be a part of the team that helps our users to work with the Macrobond Application. You will use your understanding of economics and finance to producing learning resources with relevant case examples for our help website, both articles and screen cast scripts. You will also advise and instruct our sales staff, to ensure that they have a good understanding and knowledge of our solutions and how they apply to our clients’ work. From time to time you might join sales at client meetings, and visit our various Sales office across the world. We know that working with economic and financial data can be cumbersome. So, our goal is to create tools that make it easier, and to work with you to find the best way for you to use them. We collaborated with economists and analysts in these fields to really understand the way they work. With their input, we developed new ways to search, analyze, chart and publish time series data and securities. Putting it all together to create a single, integrated workspace, called the Macrobond application.
