I’m looking for you with: • an innovative mind-set who enjoys working with the big picture • an unsaturated thirst for knowledge • tech-savviness and curiosity • great co-operation with internal and external stakeholders • experience of Succession or Talent Planning • experience of developing people and organisations • experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects • the ability to confidently navigate in the unknown You will: • create and sustain the Succession Planning Programme at IKEA • develop tools and resources to support forecasting, anticipating and identifying successors for key roles in the organization • innovate new solutions on how succession programs and strategies can support the business • use strong stakeholder engagement to develop the business and deliver business results • partner with leaders around the globe on their talent planning and succession needs • create passion throughout the organization around talent • taking lead on strategic programs and solutions in support of succession and talent planning This is a new role within Talent Development, it will be a great opportunity for you to explore and build your process!
