In a nutshell
As an Automation & RPA Engineer yoiu will help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization. You will focus on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
Based in Barcelona, Spain; you will join a globally distributed team in support of our European Laboratory businesses.

Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processesDevelop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell)Automate repetitive activities such as:Reporting & KPIsData handling & reconciliationIT support processesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutionsContribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g. copilots, intelligent agents)Continuously improve and scale automation solutionsWhat can we do for you?

You have:
~2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvementHands-on experience with tools such as:Power Automate / RPA toolsPython, PowerShell or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetInterest in AI and emerging technologiesGood communication skills in English and ability to work in an international teamYou are:
