We are looking for a very passionate analog design engineer, with the following requirements or skill set: -M.SC. in electronics engineering or related fields -+2 years of job experience in analog SoC layout design -Experience in 32nm and advanced technology nodes -Fluent in English both in writing and speaking The following merits are not mandatory but would be a beneficial: -concepts of memory design and system level integration -Familiar with various EDA tools -Knowing verilog-a and other analog modeling methods -Scripting skills -Familiar with RTL level programming We are looking for a highly motivated and talented design engineer to join our team to work on the next generation of memory solutions. Our new analog layout engineer position will be focusing on the mapping the various analog components to different technology nodes and will include all the design levels from early investigation to implementing final layout, design finishing and ultimately, measuring and verifying the design. This position will be in tight cooperation with others teams in Xenergic, which include both software and hardware teams. Job responsibilities include: -Design of memory sub-modules in analog -Layout porting for different advanced technology nodes -PVT analysis, performing characterization and modeling of sub-modules Xenergic AB is a deep-tech semiconductor company which is a spin off from Lund university.
