You have: • solid knowledge of all aspects of payments processes in all touchpoints • up-to-date knowledge of payment methodologies and industry standards • understanding of all aspects of the IKEA multichannel shopping experience, especially within the payment process • ability to understand the complexity of the Payment discipline • knowledge of the IKEA Group strategies, directions and business plans • solid knowledge of stakeholder and change management • able to use problem solving and conflict handling techniques • systematic, organised approach to work and be analytically and numerically minded • strong organisational skills, commercially driven as well as analytical skilled • take holistic decisions always keeping the customer needs and seamless experience in focus, to drive new growth opportunities • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective and trustful relationships • good communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to influence • proven experience in Business/Finance Services or related discipline, linked to Customer Experience in a multichannel environment, or similar competence built through the career • minimum 5 years of experiences in payments or customer experience operations ABOUT THE JOB Payments Leader within Market Support. You will secure compliant, efficient and seamless payment operations throughout IKEA, in tight collaboration with the markets to reach optimal operational excellence for customers and co-workers in a multichannel retail environment. You will: • create high standard payment solutions supporting the customer expectations, reflecting a seamless customer check-out and payment process. • passion for driving tomorrows outstanding payment solutions enabling growth by increasing conversion • responsible to lead and develop secure, simple, markets relevant and conversion driven payment solutions in a multichannel environment • enable markets to boost customer experience and growth by supporting market relevance solutions • create commercial business cases on relevant payment capabilities and solutions as a base for decision taking and follow-up • lead and utilize best practices, sharing them with the markets • collaborate and streamline direction between the end to end payment functions within INGKA Group, such as Treasury & Finance, IBS, WED, risk & compliance • identify opportunities to develop the customer and co-worker experience across all channels • collaborate with other functions in the organisation to stimulate new business opportunities • actively following industry standards and developments, benchmark and customer behaviour and expectations within the customer support areas to secure relevant business development activities This role is located in Malmö and you will report to the Payments Manager.
