About this role
In this role it is strongly meritorious if you have previous IKEA experience. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of project management processes and methods, change management and good understanding of IKEA business processes. As a person you are a true collaborator, service minded, a good communicator and you have the ability to create structure and clarity to a high volume of interdependent tasks. Market experience will be an additional asset. In this position Excel will be an important working tool. Therefor we really need someone who has proven advanced Excel skills. You will be part of the HR transformation project team reporting to the HR Transformation project manager. 2 years assignment with possibility of extension. We are now looking for a Project Support to work within the HR Transformation Hub. As Project Support you will be responsible for supporting a variety of tasks connected to the LWO HR transformation, supporting Group functions, Markets, CFF, Centres and Investments. •Provide operational management of day-to-day activities •Detail timelines and risk logs •Document activities and progression of initiatives •Work in close collaboration with Group Communication to track communication time plan and activities •Prepare material and provide data as needed by the Transformation Hub •Track and manage risks and dependencies At the heart of our business are people.
