Skills in additional languages will be considered as a very positive attribute. • Confident in using programs such as ERPLN, Salesforce, Office, Sinergy, etc. Reporting to the Manager of Order and Contracts, you will be working proactively to meet client`s expectations in regards to deliveries in HV Breakers in Ludvika. The responsibilities of this role include: • Ensure a reliable and long-term relationship with our customers • Handle contract and variation orders towards customers (administrative and communication part) • Responsible for the orders all the way to “order close-out” • Responsible to perform lessons learned with order team and end-customer if needed, after order close-out • Being a link between client and the factory, after order is received Your main stakeholders will be from Design; Sales; Production, Planning; Shipping and Quality teams. There is 15 people in our team from 9 different nationalities. HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within ABB’s Power Grids division located in Ludvika. The unit has worldwide ABB responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems. High voltage plays an important role in reliable and energy efficient power systems.
