One of the doers we are looking for, is a Senior Business Analyst who wants to join us in building our new portfolio of services and products while working with truly skilled and experienced people. This position is located in our brand-new office at Regeringsgatan, in the heart of Stockholm. Job Summary In this role, you are the glue between product managers and data scientists with responsibility for structuring and analyzing data. You work in close cooperation with our customers all over the world, to identify and prioritize opportunities and rapidly bring digital solutions to the market. You operate at the intersection of user experience, engineering and business development, with responsibility for shaping suitable business models. Looking for appropriate market segmentations, customer behavior and matching business models is another important part of this role, as we strive to shape the way industrial companies take on digital transformation. Together with our management team, you create frameworks and estimates of market potential; taking a data-driven approach to commercial matters in digital solutions design. Over time, you have the opportunity to champion this framework across all product areas inside SMS - making a genuine mark on the way the entire organization manages our digital product offering. Your responsibilities • Being the custodian of data-driven ways of working at CODE and the rest of SMS • Reinventing the customer journey approach and framework to fit digital into the sales agenda • Translating product strategies into numbers in collaboration with the management team, product managers and CFO • Cooperating with sales and marketing to develop pricing and positioning strategies in alignment with customer expectation and commercial realities Your skills and qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in Math, Finance or another related field of studies, or the equivalent experience gained from working. Since we operate in a global environment, you have fluent skills in both written and verbal English.
