We are looking for two Learning Developers, preferably you have knowledge and experience within Customer Fulfilment and/or knowledge about learning design. You have a strong growth mind set and are an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values. You share our humanistic view and build strong relations in a complex, global and interdependent environment. You challenge ways of working with the customer in focus. In your role as Learning Developer you will drive learning solution development within the CFF community. We work closely with business representatives, HR Business Partners, other learning development functions within Ingka Group and Inter IKEA Systems Culture and Learning. To meet with our learners and stakeholders, we use virtual ways of working, engage in digital collaboration and occasionally travel across our IKEA markets. The role will be based in Hubhult, Malmö and you will report to Learning Developer Leader CFF. You will be: • Driving the learning portfolio management process for the function from a Customer Fulfilment perspective in structuring relevant learning solutions into the learning portfolios in alignment with key stakeholders. • Speaking partner with business units/functions on identifying competence development needs. • Converting competence development needs into relevant learning solutions, in close cooperation with Inter-IKEA, ensuring a modern, future facing, digital approach. • Responsible to cooperate with markets on implementation of learning solutions. • Tracking, analysing and challenging the impact of key learning activities in the business.
