Doro is looking for a person with the following skills, experiences and knowledges • Experience in leading corporate development projects and coordination between different departments and stakeholders; the ability to work on all levels of a company • Strong numerical and analytical skills; proven financial modeling skills • A degree in Business, Finance or Engineering • Experience in working with projects regarding company transformation is a must • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience within management consulting, transaction services or inhouse corporate development/M&A role • Previous experience of M&A is an advantage, but not mandatory • Experience from working within services is an advantage Personality • An ambitious person with strong drive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills • A person that can lead through others and can act as a sparring partner to stakeholders throughout the company • A person who has the courage to challenge the status quo Doro is developing rapidly as a company, to be better able to accelerate the development of the service business, which will require new skills and resources. Therefore the company has decided to hire a Corporate Development Manager, that will be vital in the company´s transformation work. The Corporate Development Manger will be supporting the Doro top management as well as the rest of the organization in strategic and corporate projects including strategy formulation and execution, market and competitor analysis, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and business development activities. There is a strong focus on working with change in this role; from working with broad organizational transformation to process improvements. The Corporate Development Manger will be participating in the work of the Group Executive Team of Doro, but not a member of the team. In this position you report to the CFO of Doro. What will you be working with? • Support the management in M&A activities • Participate in strategy development and strategy execution • Lead strategic corporate projects, e.g. working capital projects • Work closely with managers to monitor the market activity, trends and competitors • Support in integration projects • Gathering of information, making analysis and making presentations and reporting packages for senior management, IR and the board Doro AB develops products and services for seniors, so that they can live a full, rich life.
