In your role as Learning Developer you will drive learning solution development for the Market Support Group Function and Expansion Group Function together with three motivated and experienced Learning Developer colleagues. We work closely with partners in the business, HR Business Partners, other learning development functions within Ingka Group and Inter IKEA Systems Culture and Learning. We meet our learners and stakeholders in virtual ways, engage in digital collaboration and occasionally travel across our IKEA markets. Market Support Group Function focus on five key areas; Customer & Consumer Insights, Market Input - Planning & review, Attract & Activate, Home Furnishing & Retail Experience Design, Selling & Customer Experience. Expansion Group Function focus on five key areas; Market Intelligence, Customer Meeting Point Development, Establishment, Investments & Operations, Planning.
