Previous experience from working as a coordinator or in a project leader role is important, and we value your proven leadership skills and customer orientation. We are now looking for an IT Production Coordinator for Sandviken, to lead our team and ensure that we reach our goals as well as agreed Service Level Agreements. Your mission – Strengthening our operational abilities by high-quality production coordination As an IT Production Coordinator, you lead, plan and carry out daily operations and support employees, to ensure we meet targets for designated production areas. You prioritize, coordinate and lead assignments and other work tasks by escalating and reporting critical issues and risks, and implementing and sustaining best practices and ways of working, guided by policies and guidelines. Receiving and planning for new objects to be included in daily operations and the production environment, as well as planning and allocating production capacity to secure delivery of ongoing and new assignments, are some of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you ensure creation and maintenance of documentation by following up production metrics, e.g. cost, budget, capacity and reporting for customers. In this role, you also represent the area in different forums and contribute to the development of methods and processes, and you participate operationally in design coordination, solution design, continual service improvements and service operations.
