About this role
We are seeking a Scientist – HPLC & Dissolution Testing to support analytical method development, qualification, and routine testing within a dynamic laboratory environment. This role will work closely with client scientists and play a key role in executing chromatographic and dissolution-based assays.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC and USP dissolution testing, along with strong technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine analytical testing on submitted samples using HPLC, GC, and dissolution methodsSupport method development, optimization, and qualification activitiesTroubleshoot instrumentation and assist in resolving basic method-related issuesServe as a backup analyst across additional analytical techniquesProvide feedback to client scientists on assay performance and improvementsMaintain accurate, compliant documentation and support general lab organization Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 3–4 years of industry experience, orMaster’s degree with 1+ year of industry experienceRequired technical experience:
HPLC / UPLC operation, troubleshooting, and optimizationUSP Dissolution Testing (Apparatus I & II)Strong understanding of chromatographic principlesPreferred experience:
Gas Chromatography (GC)Particle size analysisSpectroscopy techniques (MS, NMR, IR)Ability to work in a regulated (GMP) environment with strong attention to detailMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
