Your mission – leading our Additive Manufacturing sales function towards success This role comes with a truly overall responsibility for strategically planning and developing our sales offering, business model and go-to market strategy, with the purpose to generate new business revenues in a very young industry. You set the roadmap for developing our customer portfolio pipeline, including both manufacturing and advisory services for internal business units as well as external customers. With an agile approach and clear communication, you manage performance by refining and adjusting the course set by market conditions, and you actively collaborate with senior management to forecast and target success factors. You thrive in setting and achieving ambitious targets and you are always on top of market trends and recent developments for metal Additive Manufacturing – and to ensure commercial excellence - you dynamically lead and inspire your team of managers in executing key projects and achieving our goals. Utilizing your true business acumen, you are an important part of our management team for Additive Manufacturing and you report to the President of the Product Area. You are initially based at our hub in Sandviken, with the opportunity relocate overseas in the future, and as this is a global role, extensive travel is included in your job. Your character – a business driven and agile frontrunner with confidence to show the way We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies, such as Business Administration, Economics or Finance - or with the appropriate technical background - combined with extensive experience from management and B2B sales. You also have solid leadership skills and experience of people management. Knowledge in the areas of Additive Manufacturing or metal powders for AM are highly advantageous, as is previous involvement in mergers and acquisitions.
