About this role
The Academy Project Manager will lead various training related projects and activities on a global scale. Focus will mainly be to support the business by leading projects to increase compliance, productivity & cost reduction and training effectiveness. The Position This role is responsible for: • Coordinating resources for execution of Academy projects • Developing project scopes and objectives and ensuring resource availability and allocation • Developing detailed project plans to track progress • Create and maintain project documentation in accordance with Getinge standards The position is located in Malmö and requires international travel. Travel anticipated to average 10-20% annually. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for you to have experience in: • Academic degree (education, business, medicine, technological or similar) • A background in project management, business skills, management, budgeting and analysis is an advantage • Experience from training operations in the MedTech or other regulated industry is meriting • Proven coordination and project management skills You need to have excellent understanding of Learning & Development processes and tools. You also have excellent leadership skills and a team work mentality. You have experience of leading cross-functional teams and has good communication skills. You are also persistent, structured, organized, have an ability to coordinate and manage the overall picture as well as the details. Does this sound like you?
