Production Control Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

This role is critical to keeping our lab operations running smoothly ensuring samples are accurately tracked, prioritized, and processed so our analysts and scientists can deliver timely, high-quality data to clients.

What You’ll Do

Track, label, store, and ship client samples with high accuracy and full traceabilityMonitor workflow and identify bottlenecks to keep work movingCoordinate with scientists, engineers, and operations teamsManage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFollow established procedures and maintain organized recordsSupport cross-functional teams, including occasional courier duties This position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). Compensation is aligned with market standards for the region and tailored to individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift to 10 lbs.Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
