You have knowledge of: •transforming our operations to become climate positive and contribute to a circular society •convincing people and embrace changes, seizing opportunities, generating and challenging ideas •Ingka Group’s and Ingka Centres’ sustainability agenda •how to measure our business performance towards sustainability goals and provide insight on how we can transform Ingka into a more sustainable business •the IKEA demands on suppliers, based on our IWAY standard and how to implement this standard in your own part of the business •balancing and merge environmental, social and economic aspects to define sustainability and how IKEA uses that knowledge in striving to make business within the limits of the planet •what decent and meaningful work mean in the entire value chain •how to uphold and transfer IKEA values to customers, community and partners •project management •making decisions on investment mix, policy and asset allocation, match investments to objectives and balance risk against performance - support implementation of Ingka Centres’ sustainability direction and standards by understanding needs, developing and implementing sustainability solutions within the Operations/ Expansion & Development Domains - collaborate closely with the Sustainability Manager to define Sustainability needs and develops and implements a roadmap that secures the contribution of Sustainability to drive the business outcomes in Operations/ Expansion & Development - develop guidance and insights for specific business opportunity development areas, pulling together a team of Sustainability Specialists for support, collaborating closely with Operations/ Expansion & Development Managers to understand business needs/ context and prioritise initiatives - initiate sustainability development projects to contribute to strategic priorities within the Sustainability function and leads teams of Sustainability Specialists to successfully deliver, leveraging their specific sustainability expertise and/or knowledge of standards - act as a strategic partner for Operations/ Expansion & Development Manager in leading and managing their business’ Sustainability agenda - develop a sustainability action plan and helps manage activities for Sustainability in Operations/ Expansion & Development, including investments - coordinate and ensure relevant sustainability processes, procedures and yearly activities for Ingka Centres are done properly and on time in Operations/ Expansion & Development Domains and suggests areas for continuous improvement - coach Operations/ Expansion & Development Management Teams on Sustainability agenda and key issues - lead and coach Sustainability Specialists, in their daily operations, role modelling the culture and values of our organisation The Commercial & Digital Domain enables Meeting Places, acting as a commercial engine to drive visitation and brand awareness through partnership and co-creation of innovative commercial and customer solutions, concepts and insights, creating an outstanding 360 degree experience for customers and communities.
