Our Sourcing Department within division Crushing and Screening in Svedala manages and coordinates all sourcing activities, promotes overall purchasing performance and leads transformative change efforts within the organization. Your mission In this position, you are an active driving force in developing and implementing sourcing plans in alignment with our Category Strategies, and with your knowledge and experience, you lead and participate in important sourcing projects. By managing and negotiating contracts, you ensure we have a solid foundation for conducting business, and you support and follow-up the compliance of our agreements. A very important part of your mission is to establish and manage great relations with our key stakeholders and you engage in our Supplier Relationship Management, as well as support the selection and onboarding of our suppliers. Your character We are looking for someone with a degree in Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field of studies. You have extensive experience working with strategic purchasing – maybe as a Category Manager – and you are comfortable working in category driven and international organizations. To succeed in this position, you are a skilled negotiator with true business acumen who easily manage our stakeholders. Experience from indirect sourcing is highly valuable. Since we are truly global, you need excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English. Your personality contributes to our success! With your entrepreneurial spirit and business-driven approach, you make things happen in a timely and proactive manner. You are confident and convincing in the way you navigate across our organization, and by utilizing your competence in the field, you build successful sourcing strategies. Naturally, you are also very structured and have excellent analytical skills.
